The "Seal de Checker" is a seal that confirms the application amount of surface impregnation materials through alkaline discoloration. Many commercially available silicate-based impregnation agents are colorless and transparent liquids, making it difficult to verify the application amount on construction sites. This led to the development of the Seal de Checker. The Seal de Checker is designed so that our product, Reactalize (a mixed silicate-based impregnation material), penetrates the upper water-absorbing sealant, causing the litmus paper underneath to change color. If the impregnation material is applied in excess of the required amount, it will change color completely, eliminating the need to measure the application weight.
